Currently in the Industrial Robotics department we are looking for a Battery Engineer for our technology center in Cornella de Llobregat.

 

What will be your main functions?

  • Develop and maintain general understanding of battery management systems (BMS), including necessary operational analysis. Provide specifications and analysis for battery thermal management systems (TMS).
  • Identification of test requirements in relation to battery system requirements. Supervision and execution of battery system testing and certification. Agile test and test bed development including concept, design, data acquisition, evaluation, and documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to Safety Team related to battery standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration with vendors. Oversee the relationships with key test facilities and research partners.
  • Electrical design with Eplan.

 

What are the minimum requirements?

  • University Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the field of Lithium-Ion battery cell technology
  • Deep knowledge in the field of Lithium-ion cell technology.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high goal - oriented approach.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English.
